    How old are you

    How long have you been boxing

    How much do you weigh

    Whats your training routine like

    Ill start:


    How old are you - 15

    How long have you been boxing - nearly 3years

    How much do you weigh - 66kg

    Whats your training routine like - Mon,wed,fri in the boxing gym for 2 hours. spar, pads etc

    Tuesday and sundays, running and sprints. Sometimes stomach workout but always shadow boxing

    Looking to post some of my fights in the future

    How old are you - 18

    How long have you been boxing - Did it from 10-16 shattered my collarbone 2 weeks after turning 16 and only started boxing again a month ago.

    How much do you weigh - 81kg / 178 lbs

    Whats your training routine like -
    (All training is after work where I generally do quite a lot of lifting, moving things from 1 place to another and rushing to get too places)

    Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday in the B.Gym for 2 hours similar to yours obviously except Monday we usually go for a long distance run along the coast. Wed, Thurs and Fri doing general exercises, plyos, calisthenics, pads, shadow boxing, sparring etc etc.

    Tuesday the gym isn't open so I usually spend the day shadow boxing, going for a jog and studying different styles of fighters.

    Saturday the most exercise I do is walking to the pub.

    Sunday same as Tuesday.

    Will probably upload fights in time.

          Been boxing for 3 years

          Old dude, 54, 6', 180lbs. I have been boxing/fighting in tough man contests in Minnesota, Wisconsin and Illinois for about 3 years now. Mediocre in my skills but have a decent win/loss ratio, end up boxing dudes half my age because there are never any dudes my age in my weight division.

            How old are you? just turned 16 years old

            How long have you been boxing? 2 years properly, did a bit before that with a bad trainer. 10 fights 4 exhibitions

            How much do you weigh? Currently walking around at about 126lbs

            Whats your training routine like? I train 5-6 days a week, I do my roadwork at the gym, as in like at the end of training I go out onto the street and run, I spar quite a lot, do all the usual other things.

              i'm 29. undefeated(only 2-0) been training off and on for like 4 years now..i'm coached by contenders Jonathan Reid wich is y training has been off and on he got his own career to look after first...um far as training we get together 3 times a week hell i'm 29 ran track i can condition on my own for most part lol...i get to learn some things most amateurs dont due to having an active pro fighter as a coach..oh yeah i fight at 140 and i'm 5'11"

                How much do you weigh - currently 175lbs, but last fought at 165. moving to light heavy now.

                copy and pasted the above and didn't have to change much there but the weight.

                I do pick up the pace of training when i have a match or tournament coming up. Moreso for tours. Will slowly increase workouts to 6 days a week, incorporating intensive sprinting and a rigorous body weight program. All designed for explosiveness.

                Undefeated in 12 matches so far, 2 provincial titles, Novice 2008, Open 2009, then just recently 2010 National Middleweight Champ.
