        boxing total of 10 years
but took couple off for injuries and having to work.
which slowed me from turning pro years ago. last year i herniated 2 disc in my neck and was out for months for therapy and then getting back
in shape. 2 years before that i broke my hand. then times i had to take breaks to work
full time and pay my bills.

        19-3

im 5'11 178 turning pro this summer at 168

training starts at 4 or depending when i get in. start off with 5-6 rounds jumping rope no breaks, then i stretch my body. then 4-8 rounds of pad work no rest bell 4-8 rounds on bag then i do whatever extra drills my coach runs for me. end off day with ab work and pull ups pushups dips and other strength training.

sparring days jsut jump rope spar do pad work after or bag work then strength and ab workouts.

when i dont work in morning i run 3-5 miles

[B]amateur record:0-0 Few setbacks, broken rib and fractured ribs for big part of 2009 with kickboxing.

boxing since: Jan 2010, with one year of kickboxing 5 days a week in 2009. Picked up the fundamentals well with kickboxing. Meaning I can throw a nice jab, straight right, and make combinations easily.

Boxing gym: Mon, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. Monday and Wednesday are easier boxing trainings, so I run in the morning.

Run in the mornings on Mon, Wednesday, Friday. ( 4 miles)

          Weightlifting on Saturday.

Am able to do this on top of going to school full time at the university and working a job on Saturdays.

              If any,

How old are you I am 21

How long have you been boxing: I started completely out of shape @age 16, I was veryyyyyy fat at the time. I started to train properly as an amateur @ age 18 (2006). I fought once in 2006, seven times in 2007 and once in 2008. My record is 1-4-4. I had to stop fighting because of personal troubles and university, I had a 5 months layoff in 2009 from training. I am still deciding if my I should step back in the ring.

How much do you weigh My weigh is 170 pounds circa. I am 185 cm tall (I'm European xD pardon me but we use cm). When I was fighting i was arounf 154-158, but I was younger, my body has changed.

Whats your training routine like I train 4 times @ week. Usually we have sparring on Saturday and Wen., while we train technically and phisically on Monday and Friday. I use to run 70 minutes on Sunday when Saturday's night don't **** me up.

                I am 16
                Been boxing 1 year
                fight at 54kg
Don't have a routine as such but workout 6 days a week and hit the gym at least 3 times.

I always include technique, sparring, pads, strength work and general conditioning every week.

                  I'm 16

been boxing for 3years, had 9 fights, my record is 3-6.

I fight at 75 kg, currently about 78/79 kg. I can usually take this off a week or two before my fight. I am 6 ft 1 and a half.

I train 6 days a week, with tabata sprints on MWF aswell as strength work with weights and shadowboxing.
T/TH/S I go to the boxing gym for 2 hours, where I usually do sprints, spar, hit the pads, bagwork, shadowboxing, skip etc.
I run on tuesday and thursday, a short 2.5 mile run at a fast pace.

leading up to a fight or championships, i may go to other gyms for sparring on mondays and wednesdays, and sometimes my trainer opens the gym on additional days to get us fit.

Currently on hold. Thinking about going pro in either mma, kickboxing(k-1), or boxing. No more ams for me. Was gonna apply for pro license last september but things happened so it's on hold.
