I just read something that said that the EC electees are actually directed by the wishes of the state and then they vote for the president. We do pick them through the popular vote though, so I believe that I've found it's meaning. I see why the popular vote is so important now. Thank you for your input........Rockin'

Should I list all of the things ***** and ***** said they would do but never happened? It's going to hurt your feelings. Come January 20th the clock starts ticking and we can start laying bets how long it will be before he breaks his first campaign promise and starts blaming Trump for all of the things he can't fix, which he promised he could. Stay tuned.

Bets? you didnt even wanna bet me on a straight up bet that ***** beat Trump

Make a bet January 20th ***** will be sworn in. If you believe he cheated, Im sure there will be insurmountable evidence

What kind of an asinine bet is that? When did I say the election will be overturned? You are confusing me with someone else. Go polish your 9th place trophies with Travesty.

                  - -Pop vote the best way to secure the majority electoral votes that actually decide the election.

But exceptions before and 2016 have existed. In a tie when the decision goes to the Senate and they're tied, the VP casts the deciding vote as happened in the 2000 elections.

Al Gore the lame duck VP had already ceded to GWDumb once to retract and then cede again, but Dems in the Senate wouldn't cede, so Gore ends up casting the tiebreaker vote against his candidacy.

He had already botched it ceding prematurely, so me thinks that was a patriotic move to quell the election disturbances then threatening to erupt into the insurrections of 2020.

El Rumpo has much less a claim than Gore did, but Reps and Dems far more viscious than then that was bad enough, so to paraphrase the Apollo 13 mission to the moon in 1969, "Houston, we've got a Problem."

They never made the moon and were lucky to splash down safely on Mother Earth.

Those were a cool, logical problem solving team though.

We no longer have a loyal team running America. It's becoming the Rep/Dem civil war all over again.
