Angry no not angry just realistic. People are being beaten up and shot by some police officers when they don't have to be. Those officers have to be fired and/or charged when they get caught.

I have no clue. I do know this, I shoot weekly. I haven't this month because of my recovery but I normally do.

I'm consider myself a decent shot. If someone broke into my home and held my daughter next to them I would be confident enough to take a shot. But from a moving car??? Hell no! That child is very lucky she's not dead.

There's a reason why we see some many shot that weren't the target. Because shooting a handgun well is tough as hell even with range time.
