I have once said we live in a constitutional republic and not a democracy. And in a constitutional republic, the constitutional rights of the criminal are FAR more important than the governments rights to put the criminal in jail. When this happens an assault on the republic is committed. Even if the defendant is guilty.

The burden should always be on proving a cnt is guilty in a proper court.
No country is as ''free'' as America. That's why we have so many problems.

Carrying drugs on you is a crime but let's be real, it doesnt hurt anyone. But getting stopped and frisked for no good reason other than the color of your skin, this is tyranny.

While simple possession is a minor crime, think about all the serious crimes that had to take place before it gets to the customer.

TBF, drugs do way more damage than good.
If a neighborhood is a drug haven, an innocent person who ''looks the part'' might get ''harassed''.

Me, stop and frisk all day long. This way, beat cops will eventually come to know I'm not a thug and there won't be a need to stop me in the future.

Even if I wanted to commit crimes here in Japan, I’d get arrested real quick.

They randomly ask people-all people on the streets for ID,
Sometimes, the cops even ask to search your brief case or back pack.

I comply so that I can get on with my day. I don’t argue with them, or show any attitude. Works for me!

Arguing leads to nothing but wasted time.
