i have a book about hard to believe football stories, that was one of them, but loaned the book out and can;t remember the name of the school other than it started with a B, so Benford, Bedford, I will find it. This was in the 40's,

          Found it...

Another amazing story was Michigan from around 1900=1905, they never lost a game, scored over 2000 points and gave up less than 40 in all that time. They scored over a 100 many times and never gave up more than 16 points in any game.

When the streak finally ended it was 2-0 loss to Chicago, who always played them closer than anyone else.

I got a trivia question for you that nobody gets right. The African American pitcher with the most wins in MLB history for African Americans. Its a ? Nobody gets right without googling. One of the most underrated pitchers ever.Won 20 games I think 7times in his career.6times in a row.1st guyto ko 3000 batters with under a 1000 walks. At least one maybe two cy young awards. This guy pitched in a era where there was not all the water down expansion. He was making 40+ starts a year and was making peanuts. The dodger golden boy pitcher masterbates to this guys stats that he could never achieve even with all this expansion.

I talked with this athlete for over an hour during a flight delay and talk about a nice guy.He had some great stories and some good insight to the league in those days.

Great question could Google the answer but I don't play that. I'm not a baseball fan, so...???

I am a little intrigued with the old negro leagues, ya know Satchal Paige, Josh Gibson, "Cool Papa" Bell.
