          Boxing is interesting because it's only partially athletic & a larger part style matchups, politics, willpower, etc.

          Running isn't really a sport.

          When a random stray dog or captured moose would become 70x olympic gold medalist in every event (were they allowed to compete), is it really a sport?

            The training involved in order to do that is as strenuous as any sport. I preferred football practice to track workouts.
