I stayed away from Meds for years but I needed to do something about my mood swings and the lows of depression that sometimes made it hard to drag myself out of bed!

Dude try some different meds and if they don't work don't take them, but a least you know you tried a different method then what you've been doing now, which is just coping with the problem!

As mentioned above, keep yourself busy. Exercise is also a good idea, release those endorphines. Start lifting weights if you haven't already.

If you're tired all the time, it might not be just depression, it might be also adrenal fatigue. To fix that, try getting a quality sleep every night.Try going to bed before 10 pm and getting sun exposure as soon as you wake up. AM Sunlight releases various hormones that help keep you going through the day. Get some supplements like melatonin, rhodiola or ashwagandha. Rhodiola especially is great for chronic fatigue and is a great booster before workouts. I personally recommend it.

And don't surround yourself with negative people, even if they're your friends. Always complaining, they feel like everything bad always happens to them, everybody are guilty of their misery except themselves - you know the type. Stay as away off these cvnts as far as possible.

I get about 3 4 hours a night but with kids n work it's hard getting good sleep
And obviously staying up til 6am every Saturday for boxing won't help haha
I work outside so probably getting too much sun

Supplements are a great idea will definitely get some sorted asap thanks

And yeah negative people can stay the fxck away anyway
Surround my kids with good people and that's what they will learn

Again thanks for the advice and sharing personal shlt

            Much appreciated

Man, these Yanks really have no Idea how hard it is to be a boxing fan when you live across the pond. I use to stay up for almost every fight but now i do it only for big ones (ward/kova was the last, the next is ggg/canelo).

You basically waste half of your sunday on sleeping, **** that lol.

                Nah bed at 6
                Up again at 9

I would watch em when I wake up but it's not the same buzz as watching it live

Best one was Pacquiao vs marquez4
Didn't have a tablet or anything so I stayed up just to read a live thread
My girl thought I was cheating haha

*TonyMontana* Why are you depressed, pimp? You have a woman who loves you and opens her legs for you.

I'm a shell of a human being. I just exist. A black cloud hovers over me everywhere I go. I come here and try to make jokes and laugh to escape the constant flood of a negative thoughts that eat me alive every single day. I used to get decent laughs around here but reality is I'm a shot poster and 9 out every 10 jokes I make fall flat. There are no "LOL's" to be had anymore. The good times are all but gone. I feel like I have no soul. Brief thoughts of suicide. I think about dying. Like a lot. I think about the few people I actually care about dying. I think about how I've wasted so much time in my life. How I've grown into a failure with a dead end job as I watch all those around me passing me by. I'm single. I'm a single male with a cat for f**k's sake. In fact my cat is the only living thing that actually looks forward to seeing me everyday, and that's because he knows he's going to get some cat treats out of my ass (not literally out of my ass though you know what I mean). **** without cat treats even he wouldn't give a f**k, smh. My only reprieve is the few nights a month I get where I don't have to work the next day so I can drink myself into oblivion just to escape the suicidal thoughts and then I wake up hungover and walk through life in a depressed, grey haze for the next week. And then do it all over again. Everyday scooping clumps of **** and cat urine out of the litter box -- just more futile reminders of what I have become. I'm getting old. I don't even have a mullet in real life and I just pretend to have one here so people will like me because they think that mullets are funny. In reality I have ****ty f**king haircut that costs $7 at pro cuts. It's a comb over. And I'm going to watch Pacquiao fight Jeff Horn next week...by myself.

Other than that though I'm really doing quite fine.

the rate of suicide and the ages are very ''depressing''. especially in this ''i have to be friended/liked in social media or ill kill myself'' age.

technology has somehow made people weaker.
