You guys seriously have it right though – seems to be a lot of respect for personal time/holidays/family and the environment of the country too. Being able to swim in a clean canal in the centre of a big city blows my mind. Great taste in design and music (Mew one of my all time favourite bands).

I'm born in England and lived here my whole life did an ancestry thing.

My Irish parents are both 2nd generation Irish born in London. I got 97% Irish from 1 bastard region in Ireland - which the Vikings would have been prevalent.

My family used to say they thought ones of the names must be Nordic because it's not typically Irish. Turns out none of those guys nailed any of my relatives. Basically none of my bloodline f.ucked anyone outside of the Munster region of Ireland...almost ever. Even my parents who were born in England, lol.

I got 2 percent Russian and 1% English northern Europe.

I mean I doubt that Russian that got involved in my bloodline would have been a ban.ger either. How would they have washed up on the West Coast of Ireland? 100% that bird will have had 2 teeth maximum.

It will have been a woman as well. Ireland was all smallholding or tennant farmers for most of their history which is why the potato famine nearly wiped them out since they all grew potatoes and relied on it for 90% of their food intake.
