As true as all that may be, he was not guilty of murder. There is also the fact that those engaged against him were known criminals who were engaging in criminal acts.

actually it does matter... he went to seek the danger when it wasn't directed towards him. he went and look for it. kinda like a suspect resisting. this is because Kyle's parents is not around to guide him in the right direction... what normal kid at 17 would think "i gotta go get a firearm so i can drive to another state to defend the businesses".. if Kyle was a hot head and got mad at someone, imagine what he could have done with the firearm he had!!! this is a school shooter in the making!!! #messsage!!!
