Truthfully... exactly. I also do not get undr the covers... When I am travelling I brng my own bed setup. Even supposed nice places...Unless you are paying a lot of money, I mean at least 500 to 1000$ a night, your not getting a truly clean room. Franklly I would rather camp... but that is just me. I did have to travel a lot and used Priceline for hotels. You get great prices... BUT I always assumed that thngs like towels, bedding, floors, were dirt. Even when getting a really nice place supposedly.

When was doing over the road 48 state, I'd bring my own as well. If I had to stay in a Motel 6, Super 8 for convenience sake, I'd bring bedding as well.

Who knows what has gone on in some of them rooms.
What was wrong with the bed in the truck?

I bring an empty suitcase to fill up with towels and hand them out as souvenirs to my family and friends when I get home

Even nicer hotels are no longer using nice plush embroidered towels. Most of them use the generic white scratchy ones.

                      Nothing.

Sometimes it was more convenient getting a room than sleeping in the cab.
