Your pleasure at watching me squirm on this one is palpable, man.

I've tried to form an opinion based on a pragmatic assessment of the risks balanced against the rights of the individual to self identification but the simple fact is like most things in life there just isn't one good answer that doesn't involve compromising someone's intrinsic riights.

Add to which of course that prison is a unique, artificial and high risk , environment where the abrogation of certain rights is already a given and it kinda complicates things further.

Such is life.
