Understanding PRI Physical Therapy – Is It Right for Me?

    Hi everyone,

I’ve recently been exploring different rehab options for chronic back pain and came across something called . From what I gather, it focuses on breathing techniques, posture correction, and addressing body asymmetries.

How does this approach differ from traditional physical therapy methods? Has anyone here tried it, and if so, what were your results? I’m particularly interested in how effective it is for long-standing postural imbalances.

Any insights, personal experiences, or recommendations would be really helpful.

I'm trying to decide if it's the right direction for my recovery.

    Thanks in advance!

I recently came across PRI physical therapy when searching for solutions to chronic posture issues. What really stood out was how it focuses on breathing, body asymmetry, and neurological patterns. After starting a few sessions, I noticed small but meaningful improvements in how I stand and move. It’s a different approach compared to traditional PT, but it’s been surprisingly effective so far. Just wanted to share in case anyone else is curious about it!
