Problem with fighters that rush forward fast

Hey everyone, I could use some advice.

In sparring I usually do fine vs people that just move in and out, people who fight the same way as me.

I do however have trouble with people who just rush forward several steps while punching. I've tried getting a shot in to catch them while charging in but the problem is then I leave myself open a bit and get hit myself too. And their punches hurt me more because they are simply stronger than me...
So now I mostly just cover up and hop backwards. I can't keep distance and jab going backwards either because they just rush me too fast.

This is kinda annoying me because even the least experienced boxers can just rush me and hit me like that; so please give me your advice on what to do. Since it's vacation and I have alot of free time also feel free to name me a fight out of which I could learn alot.

I know a possible advice is probably to sidestep. It's just something I can't use well in the ring, so I will deffinately work on that.

    Thanks in advance.

You gotta learn to stand in the pocket and fight!!! Either that I develop a very stiff and strong jab to keep them off

Time his rush and stun them if you can and just step to the side and do straights. They'll more then likely tire out and get frustrated.

add one punch after you step aside like an right uppcut or straight right as a present or you could fustrate them by moving around because even if he rushs in he needs time to react and start punching. You could study him abit by jab and move around while he rushs in.

1-2 thats all you need. a lil half a step back then drop a 1-2, move then reset. if they r rushing in head down i like to jab then rip a right uppercut. very effective

An ultra aggressive style can be highly effective.

I'd say you have two good options. First, try doing the same thing. If you're experience maybe you can fight fire with fire and do what they do better.

Second, you've got to go with lateral movement. Backing up is like giving up, if they know what they're doing you're in big, big trouble.

I'd also recommend trying to remember to have some respect for that style. Just because you have certain skills doesn't mean you deserve to win. It's a style that's obviously causing you problems, so just make sure you don't try to forget about it or pretend it didn't happen just because it's embarrassing or frustrating.
