Hey guys!! Wondering if any of you have had this problem. My middle knuckle on my leading hand must be bruised because everytime I punch now and connect it feels like a small pebble is right on top of my knuckle. What can I put around it so it doesn't hurt but I can still workout? Anyone else had this problem?

I had the same problem so I went to this guy I knew who did massages and he looked at it and i found out i had hit a nerve so everytime i punched it hurt. He put my nerve back in place or onno wat he did and it felt better. Then I just didnt hit the bag as hard for a bit and iced it everyday till it was good enough to punch. -
Was your knuckle kind of swollen and bigger then your other one? Thanks man I appreciate it. Thats part of the problem all I have to hit is a hard heavy bag, which sucks

i would get that looked at IMMEDIATELY. one boy of mine had that and ignored it now he has nerve damage permanently in his hand. he can use it to punch and all, but whenever he's sittin still or doin nothin his hand involuntarily shakes for minutes at a time and he cant stop it. its kinda freaky. see a doctor NOW!Comment

Yea it was kinda swollen and purple. It went away though. Now i dnt have that problem anymore even when i hit a hard bag, my knuckles kinda got used to the impact. I also use a knuckle guard under my wraps just for a lil extra padding.Comment

its prolly a pinched nerve ur prolly not gonna like my solution though... when it happened 2 me you just gotta punch stuff to kill it like a hard bag or wood or a concrete wall which is a good workout haha... ya ill be posting my concrete wall punch out drill soon so u dont tink im playin.Comment
