How did Hearn promote Usyk-AJ 2 on Sky when he has an exclusive deal with DAZN.
Promotional rights and broadcast rights are completely separate. Ask the nurse to read this post slowly for you and you might finally understand that.
“The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Riyadh Season is a valued partner of DAZN. Their incredible ability and determination to deliver top sporting events for fans in Saudi and around the world is unparalleled. It is nothing short of an honour to have been chosen as their GLOBAL broadcast partner for this historic fight night. Putting the fan and their desire for quality entertainment above all else unites us. DAZN’s unmatched ability to ****** content in over 200 markets made us the obvious choice for their ambitions
Sky and DAZN have done business before Matchroom was affiliated with Sky in the past . At the end of the day unless Warren got a promotion in DAZN network he isn’t the main promoter, having a press conference before it was officially announced what network will air it is just that a press conference it doesn’t mean Warren is promoting it in fact the Saudi guys are more involved in this then he is putting it together, make it make sense the fact you think Warrens going to be selling DAZN subscriptions shows who needs a nurse . .Last edited by juggernaut666; 11-25-2023, 03:09 PM.

June 2022. 2 months before Usyk-AJ 2.
Thick c***.
How can you be a boxing fan in the UK and not know that?
Like I keep telling you, Eddie Hearn was not the lead promoter of Usyk/AJ 2. The Saudi's owned the Broadcasting rights to the event and they sold the UK rights to Sky, which extended AJ's Sky contract for one more fight.
Likewise, Frank Warren is not the lead promoter of the Riyadh show. If he was, the show would be on TNT in the UK, not DAZN.

The fact that the Saudis chose DAZN to partner up with over them , is killing Rjj on here . Warren honestly had no business being in the forefront during the main events face offs they aren’t even his fighters , Finkle and that other guy Parker’s promoter had more authority. Sky simply bought the rights from Saudi’s. No different to what DAZN have just done.
