Nope I just know the humidity then is pretty draining.And I also know that when Willard made that comment it was in response to Johnson claiming he took a dive and Jess was not in dementia. What do you know! I know more than I thought!
Not dis*****g the weather report or implying Johnson would have won in a colder ring, no more than Willard would have whipped Dempsey in Alaska ,or Jeffries would have beaten Johnson in December and Johnson didn't mention the temperature that was Willard so no excuse from him the next day.

Ask yourself why Johnson would fight Battling Jim for $1k while turning down $20k for Jeannette. A guy who Jeannette defeated twice that same year.
