Larry Spinks related to the Spinks brothers???

I was researching some sh^t the other day & came upon this article from a May 1933 Detroit newspaper about a boxer named Larry Spinks from St Louis. Mentioned he was 20yrs & he'd had 45 fights & beat Archie Sexton + was a sparring partner to some big names of the day. I couldn't find him on boxrec or among Sexton's losses.

Anyone heard of this guy before &/or know if he could be the Spinks brothers grandfather or some other relative???

I don't think thats the same guy. Last name is off. Weight division is off altho its possible he went from WW to HW in 16yrs. Spinks is from St Louis, Spunk is living in Mt Vernon. Nothing really matching up well except the first name.
