i think i told you how my brother is a military man now. he is a jag lawyer for the coast guard. i guess they automatically made him a luitenant (sp?). anyway...he was telling me how he actually has to measure with a ruler where certain things are pinned to his uniform, it has to be perfect. lol!

yeah, for the different dress uniforms it has to be precise and sharp. I'm ironing my BDU's, the camoflauge uniform, and throw a little shine on my boots. Dress and appearance is big in my career field

damn, I got the camera ready and everything. You got a boat?! thats sweet...hopefully I'll be able to get one in the next two years or so

i live in the mountains on a HUGE lake:
Area of water surface = 72 square miles
Number of islands = 253
Distance around lake = 182 miles
Height above sea level = 504 feet

so a boat is a must! plus, it is much faster to travel to different places by boat than car when just hanging out. restaurants are on the lake. just dock your boat right at the restaurant.

seriously, i love the spring and summer we live on the boat.
it is awesome to watch the fireworks on the lake. the towns surrounding the lake havethem at different times so we watch multiple firework displays all night with hte last one starting at midnight.

we have GPS on the boat so we never get lost, tho it's a bit scaring flying low in a boat at night when it is pitch dark!
