                They are these girls in bikinis who walk around Surfers Paradise with coins and check the meters in the car parking spots. If their meter is low then they'll put money in so the owner of the car dosen't get fined. But they're stuffed now because they don't use meters now, you put money in a machine and a ticket comes out and you put that on your car winsheild.
