Running long distances was always hard for me, bad knees. I would finish the distance rather quickly only because it lessened the pain that I would have to endure during the run.

If you are boxing you'll need running. But more important, for your endurance, get plenty of sparring.

      It'll pay off in competitions...................Rockin'

Walking is good for our health. I used to neglect this rule before as I thought exercising is enough. However, even such an incon****uous exercise as a walk, allows you to keep yourself in shape. As for me, when I started walking more, I noticed that my weight loss journey became easier. Especially when walking after the meal. Also, I try to have a walk before bad time. I've that it helps my body to burn active calories.

I'll be 68 in March. I walk 2 to 4 miles a day depending on the weather. I also pound my girlfriend 3 times a week.

I used to walk a lot when I worked in the office. But after the pandemic started, I began working from home, and now I feel like I'm forgetting what it's like to walk. Because I rarely leave the house and only go to the store near my home.

Like taking walks, too. Great form of exercise and relaxation.
