Jay Z has always been OVERRATED IMO. Never been a fan, but liked Some of his songs.
I feel he is overrated because when Biggie died, the eastcoast needed somebody at that moment to represent them to the fullest. And they picked Jay Z. But Jay Z was ripping Nas style at the time and uses Biggies lines a lot. Then his name got to big where even tho everybody KNOWS he's overrated, they buy his music for the Eastcoast.Comment
