I've been on the fence about going plant based.

Since Covid my sense of taste has come in and out and when my smell is out, the texture of meat grosses me out, so much when my smell is good I get grossed out a little by meat.

I went partial vegan about 15 years ago. Breakfast and lunch were vegan and then dinner was regular.

it's pretty easy to go vegan these days. i can get everything i want at the market no problem, and i don't even go to whole foods or trader joe's. i missed sushi and pizza a little at first but overall it hasn't been bad at all.
