    How much physical/mental exercise is do you do per day/week

    (Prior to lockdown)

    I meditate for 10 mins every morning (mental)

    I go to the gym 5-6 days a week (physical/mental)

    Two walks a day - 1 short (before work/after gym), 1 long (after work) - (mental)

    A large dump each day is as close as I get to meditation.

    I love cycling around the city. I hit the gymony snicket 4 times a week.
