Can you be buried in the USA if u not US Citizen?

So let me explain we got a co-worker who's mom is about to Croak.

Its sucks obviously but the drama began between two
co-workers were debating if his mom can be buried in the USA because she's not a US citizen.

That sounds like complete BS to me, but one co-workers all adamant that his mom can't be buried in the USA because she's not a US citizen or whatever. This same co-workers a big Trumpster too btw.

He said he was working for a funeral home where they did sales and sold cemetery lots to be buried in or some crap and the whole thing was a major kick back scheme. But he also says since we Never worked for a cemetery or funeral home or in that industry we have no expertise like him.

What else would they do with her? If she's middle eastern they might drop her off a boat in the middle of the ocean...but other than that...she's got nowhere else to go. Flights are cancelled and borders are shut. I suppose cremation then take her ashes out once lockdown is over.

A lot of my friends are Mexican and even though most of them are citizens, they have older relatives here that aren't but they have funerals and burials for them with no issues ever.

Last year word got out that they were gonna either fire him or relocate him to the Midwest division and I was like hell yeah we dont gotta hear him and his nut job conspiracy theory BS anymore always trying to provoke shat.

Then he supposedly said he wanted to stay in LA because the weathers too cold in the midwest lol I was like F man we almost got rid of him!

Good thing hes not in my direct department but we always bump into him 24/7.
