No where near as great as Americans seem to think it is.

I don't think it's sustainable in its current state.

A society where intellectuals have rocks thrown at their heads for sharing third-party data and are banned from college campuses is not a society with a bright future. A generation of adults are so deeply brainwashed as to believe "gender doesn't exist" & whose public opinion is dictated by the deliberately absurd whims of violent ****** mobs. As this culture spreads into the corporate sector, sane people have been driven into the fringes of society and fear for their physical safety.

I've met innumerable university faculty who bordered on having learning disabilities, clearly knew nothing about their field despite designing the curriculum, weren't even interested in it nor pretending to be, but were hired because they had green hair and used the word "problematic" a lot, which meant administrators didn't have to worry about violent rioting (a concern when half of your students are guarantee quota admits who barely showed up for junior high).

I think we will continue to accumulate wealth from the fumes of previous innovation but the collapse will be sudden and dramatic when rest of society comes to accept the underlying third-world transformation of the country.

The delicate fusion of cultures constituting "America" hardly even exists anymore & the frontier Stoicism that bound them together will get you placed on a terror watchlist. Every science from biology to geology has been paved over by a "woke postmodern" version that is simply invented by councils of teenagers and enforced by thrown bricks despite being indefensible on paper.

Foreign money, especially from countries like China, dictates which events are covered on US national television so that they can trigger riots on-demand, no matter how petty or non-typical the event in question.

It was once a great country but the infiltration of its academic system by the radical left combined with very poor selection of sources for mass immigration has doomed it to end up as a poorer, less stable version of Brazil at best, and another Rhodesia at worst.

Yes.......... they saved us numerous times in WW2....... the Scots regiment served in Korea in the 60's...... America is our friend and ally, we have literally shed blood for each other for over 1 hundred years.

I love America..... no matter the president or who is in charge.

Completely disagree, the foundation of America is sound, and no matter how many of these hippy lefty morons you have in academia or elsewhere, the country is still filled with 330 million people who can see whats best for the country and more importantly best for them. If what you say is true Donald Trump would've never gotten elected.

The new wave of immigrants are Hispanics, and Hispanics at their core are American, their kids and grand kids who integrate and marry into the general American public will be the new wave of America who I believe will love the country as much as any other immigrant who came before them.

Hispanic countries don't have significantly higher birth rates than the US anymore & mass immigration is transforming as well.

I don't have as much of a pessimistic view of the future of the USA as yourself, perhaps because I am doing well right now. Bring on the Latinos, they are the next wave and the future who will fuel this country. I have no doubt that they will integrate well with 2nd and 3rd generations.

Regardless, I will say this, you're one of the best posters on this site, and your opinion is valued.

The ideals and principles its government was founded on were great.

The execution of those ideals, not so much.
