What is the most realistic movie ever?

I’m so sick and tired of some of these movies.

I’m supposed to believe that those toys came to life and started doing weird sh#t when people aren’t paying attention? (Toy Story)

Or that ret@rd Jason Voorhees somehow didn’t drown, no one found his ass, he lives on his own for years in the woods, essentially took care of himself, even though he was essentially ret@rded, and never tried to find his mom, then sees his mom killed, kills something like, 20 people in a span of 3 days, gets killed himself, come back to life, and kills about another 100 people?

    Those ****** comic book movies.

Even those movies based on true stories don’t get it right. ESPECIALLY the sports movies. They’re exaggerated for entertainment purposes.

What’s the most realistic movie you’ve ever seen?

    I pick Dazed And Confused.

Now, I am too young to know what 1976 felt like, but my dad said that movie was based on his life. And just about every single person I talked to who lived through that time period said that the realism of that movie is insane.

The only thing that wasn’t realistic, were the kids having brand new muscle cars. The director said that was what he wished high school was like for him and it was living a dream through the movie.

I'm a huge sci fi/heroic fantasy fan, and it's not suppose to be realistic. So you are prepared for that. While a western must be real.

Conan, Tarzan, Hercules, etc must be bigger than life, so they are.

AVATAR....a cool fantasy, all the King Kongs cool fantasies. Which is why you watch, hell....Lord of the Rings.

When it comes to realism in a movie, how about.....Raging Bull?

Lotsa indie films. They usually can't afford crazy sh^t to happen so they are based upon reality & generally don't involve many ninja girls & walk off explosions.

I like Body of Lies. That one was pretty realistic, even the "undercover"/"spy" stuff was quite realistic.

I like sci fi too, because a lot of them take place in the future, so to me its like, what if this is what the future would be like?

I know movies are supposed to be an escape from reality, but realism in a movie is cool to see because you say to yourself, omg that was so real!?br />
Like a fake snuff film. There is a movie franchise (I forget the name) where a couple just torture their victims on an amateur film. Its a found footage movie, but because the footage is gritty and the camera footage is of amateur quality. It looks realistic.

The movie was so realistic, some people who saw it, thought it was a real snuff film and called the police!

But the acting is so real, some believe that the actors were really tortured to a certain extent to make it seem so real. The makers of the film probably made the actors sign a waiver and made them subject themselves to whatever the makers wanted. The actors probably didnt really know what was going to happen to them.

Office space. Cause everyone hates their jobs and if they could they'd blow it up.
