      Million dollar plus facility.
Wtf? I work construction currrently for commercial buildings and that would never happen. Theres a lot of material to steal, and a huge chance somebody can get injured

Copper is the main thing people steal, that happens often. Sometimes other material might get left out. Safety reasons alone shoukd keep anyone thats not working there off that jobsite

I used to work security overnight at a downtown construction site. Many 12 hours shifts. One trespasser did some crazy **** on the crane, skaters got kicked out, thugs broke in the muster point, kids tried climbing the fence. I had my hands full. I was offered to go in-house security but unfortunately my side hustle (fixing wheelchairs) was the catalyst to fire me over bedbugs that rest in the warmth of the motor.

The biggest issue is somebody getting injured of course.

I don’t think your average person would think a home still under construction would likely hold anything valuable besides possibly workers tools if leftover.

the bolded... im sure the average joe will not be sneaking around there.. we're talking about smaller construction site jobs like house remodeling, etc.

Yeah, electrician's get really pissed when that happens as well as other contractors. I think they would shoot you themselves if it was on their job and they saw you coming around.

I wouldn't do it around here as they usually have security at night and the police will get called. No doubt about that.
