I used to work security overnight at a downtown construction site. Many 12 hours shifts. One trespasser did some crazy **** on the crane, skaters got kicked out, thugs broke in the muster point, kids tried climbing the fence. I had my hands full. I was offered to go in-house security but unfortunately my side hustle (fixing wheelchairs) was the catalyst to fire me over bedbugs that rest in the warmth of the motor.

The biggest issue is somebody getting injured of course.
I don’t think your average person would think a home still under construction would likely hold anything valuable besides possibly workers tools if leftover.
