    Caronavirus workout challenge

    Any ideas fellas?

    Who's out there staying in shape prison style? If so, let me know what you're doing.

    I just did 200 straight push-ups non-stop, not fully extended all the way to the top, but close enough... You try doing 200 straight modified push ups non stop and let me know where you're at.

    Any who, I got gallon water jugs with resistance bands I use for weights, a pull up bar in my door, along with push-ups, dips and burpees. I run up and down stairs for cardio.

    What type of prison schit are you on? Put me in the game

    I even got tricks I'm using to conserve toilet paper lol I haven't had a haircut or shaved in weeks... Survival of the fittest baby

    Got a gym in the garage. Only thing missing is a cable machine so I'm not missing a beat. Need to order a new heavybag though, a 200lb one

      Good stuff... What kind of boxing workouts Do you do other than hitting the bag?

        Got this dude I've been teaching recently so I do a lot of mit work and footwork exercises to try and get this guy spun up. His Pops used to be a golden gloves champ out there in Jersey but this dude was so into the streets when he was younger he never bothered to learn from his old man.

        Been trying to join this gym out here but there's only this one in town and it's only open 1700-2000 Monday-Friday, and I've been on this split shift where I'm working during that time so I don't even know what the heavyweights around here are like, they were soft over there in Tucson when I was stationed at Davis Monthan

                I have enought plates and a rack, heavy bag speed bag in mi casa so im cool on those prison workouts! Although I do max out burpees every 2 weeks or so...

                  I was on a mid-shift while there so I hit up the gym in the morning, didn't play too much basketball. I stopped playing ball when I joined and got to Lakenheath. At that time they had a deployment out and nobody on base was ballin and I mean NOBODY. Started boxing again and haven't looked back

                    What's your AFSC?

                    DP is a person. I probably know some of the people you knew there
