    Healthy foods to fight the virus

    These aren't cures, just dietary recommendations to help prevent or offset virus symptoms and severity.

    The two flavonoids QUERCETIN & EPIGALLOCATECHIN GALLATE have an action similar to chloroquine but are much safer when consumed in moderate amounts as part of your healthy diet.

    These charts give the potency per 100 grams, and also how much you have to consume to get 100 grams.

    These are some foods high in ZINC. Zinc kills coronavirus if it can get into your cells. BUT DO NOT take high doses of zinc supplements! Instead, include zinc-rich foods in your healthy diet.

      cool info. sure nutrition has quality towards cell reproduction, but immune defense is based on evolution, genetics, hereditary traits from your generational code. That's all fused in the DNA. People whom don't even show symptoms (asymptomatic), have a lucky DNA code, smart chess playing because of how defenses were from generations past. A super healthy individual can have severe complications because there's just a slip of defense mechanism in that DNA Code. Meaning, the some cell's role doesn't know how to communicate to the other cell to do its part.

      However, I'm a big fan of nutrition and no skeptic. Most ''drugs/medicines'' are ALL derivatives from plants and fungi, and that's all human knowledge passed down through generations.

      What I'm really elluding to is that I truly believe Covid-19 escaped from the lab, irresponsibly. I'm sure many labs worldwide have SARS-Cov-2. I'm thinking that Chinese whistleblower Doc knew of this and China didn't want to take the blame. the whole food market of exotic animals is fake propaganda

        Yup Zinc is amazing. Makes you have some crazy dreams though lol!

        Licorice root is great for immune support against CoronaVirus.

        People also need to workout and sweat or sit in the sauna. Contrary to popular belief, the suana lets out minimal toxins but it still does help a small bit.

          That Pork Chop part I got it covered since I was a youngin.

          I'd eat them everyday if I could, same with Pepperoni and Salami.

            yeah bro after my work out routine id sit in the steam room for like 45minutes, sauna, jacuzzi, back to steam room, shower and like never get sick. I always mentally felt like I was detoxing, and sitting in the chlorine jacuzzi killing everything and then detoxing again and then washing away everything in the shower.

            The only problem is sometimes u encounter some weirdos in the steam room and sauna.

            Jacuzzi is usually old fogies who are lonely and try to talk to anyone who comes in.

              I just started effing with a Quercetin supplement cuz I heard it can help with allergies. Wasn't noticing it helping much so far but I guess it might be good to keep taking it from the sounds of it.
