[REAL TALK] I dont know about you all, but its been pretty damn relaxing...

Aside from all this CoronaVirus hysteria, its been relaxing. I really needed a break from my life and to catch up on sleep! I dont remember the last time I sat down in front of the t.v. to watch a show (not boxing related) until recent.

For those that have read my posts in the past, I keep myself pretty busy. I have 4 boys, I work 2 jobs, and I coach A LOT! I always feel so rushed and glued to my cell.

With the school closures I havent had to play taxi and go back and forth from my kids schools. My part time job for Parks and Rec's is closed so no more late nights. With the Boxing/fitness gyms closed, I dont have to rush to meet for sparring or drive across town to other gyms. I dont have parents and coaches, texting or emailing me.

Anyone else enjoying being a homebody?

Oh yea bruh, i feel you. After working mondays through Sats, every fkn day for the past like 6 years, words can’t describe how relieved I am.

This is better than money. I dont have to think about business or worry about somebody. I get to bullsht around the house, get high and act like a r3tard. My wife says that Im too weird lol.

Im not doing sht for the next couple weeks or months and I told everrybody to *** off and do the same. Running a company is actually a annoying ass job but i just force myself just like everybody else.

I actually like this cuz it was a perfect reason for me to take real time off work.

I closed my IT company 2 years ago, just after my dad had a pretty bad car accident, and I start learning to enjoy my life more, less customers but a lot more time in my hands, if you learn to delegate you can buy?time. Sadly I never did, enjoying my free time nonetheless, this pandemic hasnt changed anything in my life

Yeah, I feel the same. I always try look at the bright side.

I have personal sht to take care of which kind of kills the mood, but lounging around my apartment is something I've been enjoying since I stay pretty busy.

This is what i struggle with everyday. Do I continue or just wrap things up and ride into the sunset. At this point of my life, I choose to work, not because I have to.

Its more like a habit i think. Ive always done what ive done and producing is what I do best so I just kept at it like a mindless robot.

When you dont have the time to enjoy your prizes, its time for a change. Ive been doing some things wrong. Ive always been out and absent at home.

I commend you for going that route and doing more things for yourself and your family.

Definitely more relaxing... I get to work from home with the kids around but I think it's healthy for all to get away from the daily chaos we are all a part of!
I can get some good night sleeps since I don't have to rush to the office early! Good time to reflect on where we are at & what we want to do!

As long as paycheck keeps rolling and house payments are made, people will enjoy this time off. When supply/$$$ runs out, that’s when stress level will go up. Let’s hope this is a nice 2 weeks vacation not a 6 months prolong panic buying etc.

I would have enjoyed it too had i been lockdown at my apartment. Instead im here at manila city away from my wife. I cant travel back until the lockdown is done damn. It would have been a good time to make babies. What a waste.
