Where do you even find the original Berserk anime? Curious if you have.

I'm guessing your talking about the movies , theres a continuation in the form of anime but it's arse so don't bother with it . I suggest you read the manga for a better experience .

Yeh the movies. Wanna watch it after Guts and Casca are rescued by the skull knight.

It ends with guts fighting those demons in the field. Hes badly wounded, his forearm cutoff from before in the other dimension

I wanna see him push Griffiths shyt in but no part 4 wtf

Yeah they decided to animate the rest of the story for the animated tv series but it's pretty bad and it skips one of the best arcs in the series . Just read the manga starting at the lost child arc .

I started watching the series, cause I played the Dark Souls video games and heard that they had been partly inspired by Berserk.

I tried to give it a go, but after a couple of episodes there was a scene where two guys took off their clothes and splashed around a well in an uncomfortably extreme extravaganza of homo******ism.

So I stopped watching, and played through Dark Souls again.

i loved that series.. i had all the disks and books, but, my wife said we needed space, and she donated them to some kids shelter in LA.

i like samrai champloo, and a few other anime films, don't watch anime anymore.

It took me a while to touch the Manga I was never into reading comic books and I hated the fact that it was gonna take forever to catch up to the part when skull knight rescued Guts. That said it was worth the read, I highly recommend it.

i watched the original quite some time ago. my download was terrible, could hardly see a damn thing in those days. dialogue is about as good as anything i've ever read in japanese. it's about a selfish leader / dictator who "piles up the bodies of his friends to make a path to the promised land."

a dude literally named "guts" [gutsu] is the main character and protagonist. his best friend, mentor, leader, the dude who will eventually **** his girlfriend in front of his face at the gates of hell, is the bad guy. a lot going on
