Good health, family/friend, and enough money to keep one comfortable are the best.

Euphoria has to be pretty great although its a very short duration feeling.

Hard drugs can produce a great feeling I bet, but hard to avoid all the down sides of drugs but if you can maybe they are great, with a massive warning attached.

Fulfilment fulfilling all your life goals that has to be great ie you are satisfied with how you did your life and how it went you can die happy.

Love is a great feeling. Although heart ache isn't far behind but the love itself is great

Goes double for mental health, you can be poor (to a point) but with the right mental makeup every day still be a joy, conversely no amount of wealth or possessions will stop every day being a misery if you're depressed.
