This depends all on what your definition of being American is, I will say that AOC seem like one of the few genuine people elected to any major position in government who appears to want to help real people. I think you're confusing the stance on the Israeli war with ***** and other groups funded by Iran running around in the sand.

Cruz is very pro american. Most in Congress are pro Israel. Perhaps Curz is partly funded by the AIPAC, ( a lobbying group ) but Israel is an ally of the USA. Som are funded by *****. They are the Anit Americans. There are 1,000's of lobbyist groups that give money to USA politicians.
