yall might think that's not enough, but if you keep up with it and be consistent, 100 a day will get you looking right.

I usually do about 20 to 30 push-ups per set, depending on how I’m feeling that day. goal is to do 100 pushups straight with no breaks... i am up to 70 now. i know, probably weak to some of yall.

push ups, burpees and pull ups are about 75% of my workout these days. I don't like a lot of reps so I started adding weight vests. My goal this year is to do some honest muscle ups, not the kind where you build momentum swinging your body. Not sure I'll make my goal but it's nice to have goals. I think I may have to lose weight
