You ever cried in your sleep?

Im not gonna go in detail. But I had this dream this week, where I start crying like a baby, I woke up, with tears coming out my eyes on my pillow.

I didn't even think this was possible, sh** was weird.

Never done either but have heard some people do the whimpering thing when asleep. Weirded me out at first lol

Nah just woke up, and tears was rolling down my eyes. Like I say it was weird, first I'm not the type to cry like that. If I cry I tear up and keep it pushing ... But I was crying crying on my knees...then woke up with tears on my face.

Then also... I never had a dream where I was having thoughts in the dream. Normally I just react to ****... But i specifically remember the thoughts in my head in the dream.

Damn that sounds crazy. I'd be freaked out if i woke up on my knees like that lol

I'm no dream expert but id say your subconscious is struggling in dealing with something that happened to you and is trying to get you to fix it

Didnt you just lose some family members? The subconscious has a weird way of bringing out emotions. Maybe you needed a good cry

never had any dreams like that... i had dreams where i woke up sweating but i dont recall ever having a dream where i was crying then woke up and have tears. im not gonna lie tho, i had a dream once where i was hooking up with this thick baddie, booty and all but never got to finish this part of the dream because i woke up... i woke up hella mad!!!!

off topic, but why do we have dreams? like what's the cause of this? is it our thoughts that we have thru out the day then once we fall asleep, those thoughts turn into dreams?
