I don't fucc with italian pasta anymore, used to love it but now it's just a bunch of carbs with some sauce on it.
Mexican food also fell down on my food ladder, too much manteca.
These days I go for and cook mostly Mediterranean(Greek) and Asian (Korean BBQ, Hunan, Viet, homemade Sushi/Sashimi), a healthier diet of veg & protein.

I probably eat Italian more so than any other food these days.
I still like the same foods but my body cannot tolerate many of my old favorites. I love prawns but the last time I had them I had to go to the emergency room. Pretty soon you just say fuck it, I'll quit.
