Really someone kept away from you

Wow straight hardcore kkk right there
      Did you read carefully?

You realize that in the category of "avoidance and non verbal harassment" is "barring from business."

Maybe you like being told "no asians allowed"? I think other Asians might find that kind of hate problematic.

Only 20 incidents were "barring from business"

But "barring from business" was done a lot wasn't it?

You know..... no mask, can't come in.

I feel business owners can bar whoever they want from their business.

I remember that case of the religious bakery who was sued because he wouldnt make a gay cake..... that shiet annoyed me.

Because racial segregation is illegal. You can't bar people from your business just because they are Asian. You can't refuse them service just because they are Asian. Not sure why you would be attempting to downplay the experiences of Asian people who went through that.

I think you are mostly concerned with violence, which made it confusing that when they listed over 100 acts of violence, you claimed out of nowhere most of them were non-violent. It didn't say that at all. It said harassment AND violence.

But it's more than that obviously. Remember when the asian poster with the white girl in a thong for his avy was crying in the lounge about White people avoiding him because he is Asian and I guess they thought he had the virus. I mean it must have affected him pretty badly. I have tougher skin than that but hey, I guess not everyone does.

It shouldn't be illegal imo. Racists should be allowed to choose who they serve. Just like ppl have the right to not go to those businesses.

With these kind of studies (political agenda) you have to read carefully

That 112 of physical harassment AND violence

theres a reason they lumped the 2 together

To make number look higher and ppl will say "look at the 112 cases of violence!"

38 of the 112 cases was sneezing or coughing on someone

Yes. Sneezing and coughing on someone ON PURPOSE. And you for some reason left out spitting. I seriously doubt you would let someone walk up to you and cough in your face or spit in your face just because you're Asian. That would be perfectly fine with you?

They didn't have to lump them together. They had a different category for non violent actions altogether.

What you are saying is that if an Asian person goes to a restaurant, it's alright to turn them away simply because they are Asian. I think only the troll version of you and a racist would believe something so ridiculous.

                Exactly

They tried to label non violent actions with violent actions on purpose

It's their business, they should be able to do what they want

We don't need Laws for everything

All you gotta to do is put the business on blast and cost them money

No they didn't. They had to link them most likely to know they were Asian hate and not for some other reason.

All of those...spitting, coughing on, and sneezing on, are considered assault. Again, would you have no problem with someone coughing or spitting in your face?

Should doctors be allowed to turn down patients based on race? We literally do need laws for things like that, or else, there wouldn't have been a Civil Rights Bill and you might be still considered a 2nd class citizen.

You guys talk a lot of shlt here just to play up an agenda. I bet you would be the first one to get upset if you tried to go into a place and they told you you're not allowed because you are Asian and then spit on you. Or that would be all good with you? What do you think?

Anyways spin the insignificant numbers and flawed numbers as you want.

                    Doesn't really matter.

a study based on newspaper articles

Well do you have a better study? I've never seen you criticize GhostofDempsey and HrNY for posting cherry picked videos from the media, but you have a problem with a comprehensive study on Asian hate from the media. Aint that grand!

I'm not spinning anything. You mischaracterized the data once and you've been downplaying everything in the study. You didn't answer the question about whether you'd like to be denied access to a place and then spit on. And you want to take us back 60 years by allowing businesses in the United States to discriminate by race.

                      That's your issues. Not mine.

If you want FBI stats, they don't break it down into just Asian hate, but have at it. You'll see more of the same...things like this:

                      Of the 6,312 known offenders:
                      • 56.1% were White
                      • 21.3% were Black or African American
                      • 13.5% race unknown

Other races accounted for the remaining known offenders.

Another source pointing to just what I stated. If you can find something that says otherwise, post it!
