    Crazy year

Seriously it's never ending. Can't tow the boat to CA because of snow and ice. My home lake is still frozen with feet of snow on it. At this rate it will be mid July before I go there. The forecast shows more and more.

Does mother nature understand daylight savings has come and gone? Spring is in 4 days. We have enough water to fill every lake in CA and there will still be floods.

Such a bummer, I'm losing it being in the house and frozen this long lol. All I do is shovel snow and work on the boat.

We went to Roseville CA to go shopping and have lunch Monday and the drive was ok. There's no place to put the snow. Parts of 80 had two lanes because snow had fallen into the 3rd lane. Crazy year!

First time I've heard "atmospheric river".

Live in Sac, and it's been a minute seeing this much rain. I know the Sierras have gotten a shit ton of snow.

Cali has been in a drought, but damn, all at once?
man down man down likes this.

      It's nuts man!
to be honest we've been in a man made drought.
2017 floods. Broke the Oroville spillway.

2019 floods and rain. Newsome and experts say drought is over.

      22/23 records broken.

They need to stop dumping water. They also need to build more storage.

I'm ready for some warm weather. When it comes there will be more floods.

Some wild weather this year. It might get worse I fear.

You guys ever experience -40 degree weather? Pretty lethal if you’re not careful. Every year someone or more dies here due to exposure.

Last year there was a flood and I was one of three people on this entire island that stayed with the house. I wanted to feel like the last man on the planet but the illusion was broken because my neighbours stayed as well so I was constantly reminded that im not alone. They had an autistic daughter so they were too cool for school with the tent city they had going out of town. Annoying af
