[REAL TALK] Aren’t Grand Juries Supposed to be Impartial?

This jury foreman, Emily Kohl’s, is boasting about indictments and openly hoping for convictions. What happened to being tried by a jury of your peers? In which court is this legal? This chick is a psychotic. Apparently has a history of witchcraft and casting spells. How does the left defend this?

I genuinely don't let talking heads from either side of the spectrum move my needle anymore. I know the game.

      But something about Lawrence O'Donnell....

I just want to fucking destroy something anytime I see his face.

Rip a car apart with my bare hands.

Yeah, he's a smug SOB. That entire crew at MSNBC are outright communists. No wonder their ratings are at the bottom of the heap alongside CNN.

Meh, Fox has their fair share of douche bags as well.

Didn't actually mind MSNBC years ago, but the progressive left completely took that joint over.

I'm old enough to remember when CNN was "respected".

          Just report A: What happened

And I'll actually B: Decide how it fits into my individual experience in life.

          That's it.

I'm not defending Fox by any means. They've been pushing left for the last few years now.

This Emily Kohrs chick is nuts. She has the crazy eyes, crazy laugh, facial expressions...this is their jury foreman? She's already salivating at the thought of Trump and his associates being found guilty. This is not an impartial jury of his peers. Her interviews alone should disqualify her.

What does this have to do with the left??? This seems to be a Donald Trump problem.

              Personal responsibility.

Not a good look when even far left news sources like CNN, MSNBC and others are shaking their heads...

On CNN, former U.S. attorney Elie Honig :
Mark my words, Donald Trump’s team is going to make a motion if there’s an indictment to dismiss that indictment based on grand jury impropriety. She’s not supposed to be talking about anything, really. But she’s really not supposed to be talking about the deliberations. She’s talking about what specific witnesses they saw, what the grand jury thought of them. She says some of them we found credible, some we found funny. I don’t know why that’s relevant, but she’s been saying we found this guy funny or interesting. I think she’s potentially crossing a line here. It’s gonna be a real problem for prosecutors.

                :
She said she swore in one witness while holding a she had received at the district attorney’s office ice cream party. A what?! Why on Earth would grand jurors be socializing with the prosecutors? A grand jury is an independent body, and prosecutors are trained to maintain a professional distance and avoid engaging in interactions that could be perceived as influencing their decisions.

Kohrs also revealed some other concerning facts. She reported that when witnesses invoked their Fifth ********* right to refrain from answering questions on the basis that their answers might incriminate them, she could hear all of the other grand jurors writing furiously. This could indicate that jurors were improperly holding the assertion of a constitutional right against witnesses. She said another member of the grand jury brought a newspaper into the room every day and pointed out stories about their investigation, though she herself avoided news coverage to maintain an open mind.

“She shouldn’t be doing this,” concluded . “It isn’t helpful to the perception of the objectivity of the criminal justice system, and it starts to feel like she’s putting pressure on the district attorney to actually move forward with charges.”

For what it’s worth, Trump attorney Alina Habba sees Kohrs’s media tour as a giant gift to her efforts to defend the former president. , Habba gloated:
Your intentions were made clear. Thank you for going on national television, for breaking any confidentiality or impartiality that you’re supposed to hold as a grand juror, let alone the forewoman of the grand jury. . . . This is not what you’re supposed to do. I don’t care if you’re a **********, I don’t care if you’re a ********, you’re not supposed to go in, and come out of a grand jury, divulge secrets!

Wait there is a problem with juries in America?

                  Who knew?

Oh yeah that racist Dunn has posted about this before.

She absolutely should be disqualified. All this does is make everyone in the system look bad.

The larger problem is finding jurors in the information age. With all the information available, the only people who likely havent heard about a story and formed an opinion are idiot extremists stuck in their silos.
