    Working out naturally without weights

How ripped do you think you can get without lifting weights? What would you recommend?

i'd recommend you work out with weights. that calisthenics thing is bull**** imo i fell for it for a while over lockdown cause didnt have much choice and once i got back in the gym i was weak as piss and once i got back on the barbell and weights i put on muscle fast again. dips and pull ups are decent enough (altho got to be careful not to injure shoulder with dips) but you need other lifts aswell and also you might find your grip gives out before anything if doing pull ups. heavy squats/deadlifts and things like shoulder press are essential. theres a reason why bodybuilders and athletes lift weights and dont see many going for just pure bodyweight exercises cause you are limiting yourself unnecessarily. can show them youtubers who are shredded doing just bodyweight exercises but you also dont know what 'supplements' they are taking, all top strength and conditioning coaches will have clients lifting weights

Burpees, pull ups, dips. You can use a water bag to curl too. or a pantleg filled with dirt and rocks.

yes, you can get ripped and in great shape doing regular exercise with no weights involved.

          1. sit-ups and crunches
          2. push-ups
          3. dip
          4. pull ups

It will depend on how low you can get your body fat%. You can get pretty ripped with calisthenics alone if you have favorable genes for it but you'll need to be in a calorie deficient state if you're not ripped already. If you have access to them, weights really do make it easier, also incorporating two 15 minute walks a day is really helpful too.

You ever see a super ripped guy who does cross fit? They exist but you can imagine their fate if the apocalypse hits. They can pick their own selves up a ledge
and then slowly pick up the next person. You need the weights if you want to launch yourself up and pick
              up someone immediately.

Go buy a 1.5 (small) box from HD or Lowes.

                  Some tape.

You got books? A Nat Geo collection? Record albums?

Anyway, pack said box with anything mentioned.

Go find a flight of stairs.
