AI, nukes, climate change, pandemics in roughly that order. Although I don't think any of em will actually wipe humanity out - it's more that the precarious massively over-urbanised societies we built with their fatally vulnerable supply chains could very easily be brought crashing down and likely will at some point within the next century. Won't be the end of humanity at all but it will be a time of chaos and upheaval and major change to the comfortable lives those of us in the wealthier parts of the world are used to. At least IMO.
