This is the kinda thread we need around here.

I LOVE cereal but dont keep it in the house. It's one of the few foods I have no self control with. I do oatmeal with protein powder for breakfast. But if I'm gonna splurge, I'm gonna get one of the following.

    Wheaties
    Cheerios
    Capn Crunch
    Frosted Pebbles

My wife throws my cereals away.
Must be really unhealthy because my chihuahuas won’t eat any cereal.

I use to love "adult" cereals as a kid

          Honey bunches of oats
          Frosted flakes
          Honey nut cheerios
          Frosted mini wheats

Wasn't really into "kids" cereals like froot loops, cocoa pebbles, fruity pebbles, etc.

But oddly enough as an adult I dont even eat the "adult" cereals

Sometimes I buy them and never even end up opening them

I either don't eat breakfast or get like bacon and eggs or breakfast burritos or even sausage mcmuffins

I j look like a junky chasing that next sugar high!
I always bring sweets and doughnuts to meeting on Fridays.

so far my fasting blood sugar which I try to test daily 78 To 127 max-

diabetes killed off a lot of my relatives!

diabetes is big in Japan, but if you get it, a person is considered lazy, and an over eater!

Either Wheatabix or Honey nut cornflakes tend to be what I have. I can't recall the last time I'd bought something else. I usually have toast.

What is the unhealthiest cereal in America?
7 cereals that do not qualify as 'healthy' based on the FDA's new definition:
                  • Raisin Bran (9g of added sugars)
                  • Honey Nut Cheerios (12g of added sugars)
                  • Corn Flakes (300mg of sodium; 4g of added sugars)
                  • Honey Bunches of Oats, Honey Roasted (8g of added sugars)
                  • Frosted Mini Wheats (12g of added sugars)
                  these unhealthy cereals are addictive!
I always thought Raisin Bran was healthy based on the fact that it tasted like sht.

I love Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Trix, Frosted Flakes, and Cocoa Puffs. I can't eat cereal like I used to, adult cereal isn't that much healthier than kid's cereal, just has less sugar.

I'm old enough to remember when Rice Krispy Treats were always homemade (which was 10x better) and you couldn't just find them in the store.

Same here, at nice hotels they give customers, as a healthy choice raisin bran, or honey nut cheerios …

I’m sill “coo coo” for coco puffs!

                    Franken Berry was good also.

Now, a few eggs/bacon/cheese etc suit me good.

fat scientists know well based on an Apache tribe divided by the Rio Grand

will find the full research docs later… I’m good for it ..

I didn't even participate in these chemical experiments as a child.
