    Eat 1800 calories, mostly meat/protein. Protein takes longer to digest so keeps you feeling fuller longer and also helps you keep some muscle.

      If you’re after weight loss, look up intermittent fasting and prolong fasting.

        Charge a lot less than $400 for a BJ and youll make enough to get on one of those weight loss programs.

              Intermitent fast... I'd eat only between about 4pm and 10pm but any period of 14 hours plus should help.
              Scrap the bulk of your carbs - especially the ones you crave most: sugars, bread and beer maybe depending on your habits
              Eat more protein.
              Walk or cycle where you can.
              Modest strength training - bodyweight or weights if yoiu got some at home if you don't fancy the gym.

              Much more about diet than exercise though - the exercise is more to keep some tone and stop you losing muscle mass. It's real hard to gain muscle and lose weight at the same time, but you can lose weight without losing muscle fairly easy with modest exercise.

              I dropped 25Lbs from an all time high of just over 200 this April down to 175Lbs by July (just in time for festival season. About 2Lbs a week. Don't think you can healthily drop much faster than that - at least, not at my age.

              Word to the wise though, good habit is to keep it off in the first place especially as you get older. When I was 30 I could just glance at the gym and drop 10Lbs... at 50 it's hard fkn work... I don't intend to let it creep back on again.

                The next gay pride parade isn't until June, that'll give you a solid 6-7 months to trim down and fit into your My Little Pony Tutu. Avoid fad diets, go slow and steady, 2 or 3 pounds per week, anything more and you are losing muscle weight.

                  Replace most of your meals with cigarettes. Works a charm

                    Eat moderately, instead of stuffing your face until you are full. Try this, eat a bit and then walk away, you'll find that in a few minutes you will be satisfied and don't need any more food. Doing this will shrink your stomach a bit and you won't always feel hungry.

                    Eat moderately and be conscious of only putting good things in to your body.

                    With the shrinking stomach thing, it works. I'm disabled and am no long able to work out. I controlled my eating, shrank my stomach and lost 10 lbs since my last Doctors visit.

                    Having grown up boxing I became used to controlling my food in take. The habits have stuck with me.

                    It's all about self control. When your stomach sends the signals that you are hungry, just ignore them. Your stomach, sending those messages will have you fat in no time if you always listen to it.

                    Just because your stomach growls doesn't mean that you must eat.
