When u have rappers(men and women) using that word so freely and even these same exact players who are bitchin right now, bumping songs with lyrics using the n word in that locker room, why is that ok but not in this case?

And not just rappers, but a big majority of their community drop the n word so freely. They learn to use that word before they even know how to read.
