My in-laws live in Valle Vista off the 74 and they were getting ready to evacuate but the order never came. Those flames were staring them down though. They evacuated during the Idylwild arson years ago. I'm glad you didn't lose your home this fire was pretty scary.
Man Ill never live in ANZA, California, they have like 500 little quakes a year, Im convinced that area is the belly of a dormant volcano its like an enclosed area with small mountains as borders. I remember several years ago driving through there a a shortcut from Palm Springs to Temecula to go to Pechanga Casino and stopped at the Dairy Queen there and the place was shaking for 10 seconds.

Yeah it's horrific. The mother suffered serious burns but thankfully survived. I wouldn't even know how to continue living after something like that. I know someone who grew up in same neighborhood as the father and she's devastated. Good thing there weren't more casualties though. I don't live too far from you then. I'm actually in San jacinto near valley wide rec park and Ramona humane society off of 7th. I could see Simpson Park burning from my backyard it was a gnarly sight. Glad everyone is safe now.

LMAO I've only ever passed through there myself. Honestly almost every time I feel a quake it originated in Anza. I happen to live somewhere where it's always hot as the devil's ball sack and earthquakes frequently. Cheap property comes with a price I suppose.

lol Bro there was an old white retired couple who bouth like 25 acres for cheap in Anza, California, they said it was too good to be true, the area is beautiful, scenic and quiet but they said on day 4 of moving into their new ranch home the ground shook, and it shocked 15 more times that day with an earthquake swarm, like you said Cheap property comes at a price if its too good to be true it is lol

But if you can deal with the quakes its worth it I guess lol.
