did you watch the video man? the black guy did escalate it but man that cop shouldnt be a cop anywhere, he is creepy and weird as hell...he was asking dude to get out and come behind the car to sign the citation...why?? then he tells him his signature isnt right..wtf?? dude is not fit to be a cop..if you dont see a issue here and wanna attack me for posting it then i dont know what to say at this point
