    Yes. I'm also part Native American but look white as f**k. I don't want to sound ***ist(don't really care if it does sound that way though tbh) but a lot of women are inept at their jobs. It's one of the reasons I'm so against Affirmative Action. Women are the main ones getting hired by it and abusing it. You rarely get people qualified for the job. Most of the minority men I've worked with were pretty good at their jobs, the women(of all colors) were not. I do mostly warehouse work so it could be different elsewhere I guess. My personal experience over 20 years of working is that most are shit at their jobs. They do less than men, are expected to do less and get away with doing less than men. Then they get promoted to fill a dumbass quota when there are numerous other people that are more qualified and better for the job except that they don't check some dumbass quota due to gender, race, *****+, etc... I don't see why people get hired just because they are a certain race, a certain gender or a certain ***ual orientation. Just hire the most qualified person for the job. Why always celebrate if they are the 1st ______ when they've proven nothing at doing the job yet? Why not celebrate if they do a good job? It's like a damn participation trophy that goofy f**ks blow their load over for some weird reason.

      Well I agree that we should always hire the best person. I can't say it's been my experience that women have been inept in the jobs I've worked, though.
