This will discriminate real women. Girls that depend on a scholarship for what ever they good at in sports will be taken by transgender men. In 50 years the US Olympic team will be all men.joe strong likes this.

Judge Jackson declines to define ‘woman,’ says she’s ‘not a biologist
Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson and GOP Sen. Marsha Blackburn sparred over questions of *** and gender during the second day of Jackson’s Senate confirmation hearing late Tuesday, with the Supreme Court nominee begging off defining the word “woman” because she is not a “biologist.”
The two women, who clashed over ******** and transgender rights before the , delved into the definition during a discussion of the Supreme Court’s 1996 decision striking down the ******ia Military Institute’s male-only admission policy on the grounds it violated the Constitution’s Equal Protection Clause.
(R-Tenn.) pointed out that the late Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg wrote the court’s opinion in the case and stated that “supposed inherent differences are no longer accepted as a ground for race or national origin classifications.”
The senator asked Jackson: “Do you agree with Justice Ginsburg that there are physical differences between men and women that are enduring?”
“Senator, respectfully, I am not familiar with that particular quote or case, so it’s hard for me to comment as to whether or not …,” Jackson began before Blackburn interjected.

“I’d love to get your opinion on that, and you can submit that. Do you interpret Justice Ginsburg’s meaning of men and women as male and female?” she asked.
“Again, because I don’t know the case, I do not know how I’d interpret it. I’d need to read the whole thing,” said Jackson, who, if confirmed, would become the first black female Supreme Court justice.
”And can you provide a definition for the word ’woman’?” Blackburn continued.

After a short back-and-forth, Jackson ultimately said: “No, I can’t.”
“You can’t?”
“Not in this context. I’m not a biologist,” Jackson said.
“So, you believe the meaning of the word ’woman’ is so unclear and controversial that you can’t give me a definition?” Blackburn said.
“Senator, in my work as a judge, what I do is I address disputes. If there’s a dispute about a definition, people make arguments, and I look at the law and I decide,” the nominee responded.

“The fact that you can’t give me a straight answer about something as fundamental as what a woman is underscores the dangers of the kind of progressive education that we are hearing about,” Blackburn said.
Though Jackson claimed to be unable to define the word “woman,” she used it at several points while answering questions Tuesday — including when she insisted that the Supreme Court’s decisions in Roe v. Wade and Planned Parenthood v. Casey “are the settled law … concerning the right to terminate a woman’s pregnancy.”
Jackson’s confirmation hearing continues Wednesday morning.
