Winds can be zero but also dynamic. Meaning it could blow right into your face! Walking north, southerly breeze, someone walking in front of you, exhaust in your face. No breeze, you walk right into a aerosol particle cloud of someone that was there seconds before.

100 prior arrests. Will be interesting to see if this one keeps him behind bars.

It’s interesting how some people just seem to get a pass and keep getting let out for whatever reason. I have a cousin like that. Clean cut, well spoken, lost his father at a young age and you wouldn’t know it but he would knock your teeth down your throat for that $50 you accidentally flashed. In and out of jail and never locked up for good. He’s a piece of trash and so is anyone who looks at him and sees a victim of his environment.
